  8. Further, with a view to enhance compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) norms under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and to mitigate the risks associated with acceptance of third party payment instruments/source (cheques, demand drafts, pay orders, online transfers etc.), Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) issued best practice guidelines on 'Risk mitigation process against third party cheques in mutual fund subscriptions'. In case it is found that the payment is not made from a registered bank account or from an account not belonging to the first named unit holder, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund shall reject the transaction with due intimation to the investor.
  9. We request you to mention your 'Name' and 'Bank Account Number' in the Transaction Remarks at the time of validating / confirming the transaction. Also note, that if the value of your transaction is equal to or above 2 Lacs, the NAV applicability will be based on the credit time of the funds received to the collection account and not the time at which your bank account was debited.
